Brass

Kormax offers a broad range of sizes, forms and materials in brass.

Kormax offers a range of Brass extruded alloys in various profiles. Brass is a bright yellow/gold metal composed primarily of copper and zinc. Copper content is typically between 55 and 70 percent. When zinc is added to copper, it produces a metal with greater strength and hardness than unalloyed copper. Brass is a metal that is highly machinable, formable, and corrosion resistant. Plumbing fittings, architectural hardware, fasteners, and a variety of other machined parts are common applications.
