Overview
Kormax Acetal Max [technical name polyoxymethylene + 10% PE] is a modified acetal and has approximately 9% polyethylene added to it. This acts like a lubricant and improves its wear resistance. The PE additive significantly improves the impact resistance and reduces coefficient of friction. Kormax Acetal Max complies with FDA guidelines and hence suitable for use in the food processing equipment. Similar to Kormax Acetal, the material has excellent machinability, low moisture absorption and can operate in temperatures up to 90°C
